‘Music By Numbers’ started as a tool to visualise the MODES of the MAJOR scale on a guitar fretboard
Drop down lists allow selection of a tonic key and a mode
Markers are painted on the piano and fretboard instruments where required
It soon became apparent that an information system to explain how to use the application and its many features, along with relevant basic music theory concepts, would be a very valuable addition
After reading Chapter 11 you may want to explore more of the features and possibilities available to you using MIDI
A Windows driver such as https://www.nerds.de/en/loopbe1.html allows you to link the output of Music By Numbers to your DAW and Virtual Instruments
Your recorded sequences can then come alive by triggering strumming guitars, funky bass sequences etc
